757 Ann Street is a premium address in the heart of Fortitude Valley. To facilitate a revitalised market offering a new brand identity and signage was developed for the property.
757 Ann Street offers revitalised A-Grade corporate spaces in the inner city fringe. Just a stone’s throw away from the iconic James Street, tenants have direct access to the trendiest cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Reflecting the buzz and vibrancy of the location, the identity features stylised typography and a complementary pattern that suggests flexibility of spaces and facilities on offer.
To coincide with an upgrade of the entry, lobby and End of Trip facilities, architectural and wayfinding signage adapting the new branding was implemented at ground level to key areas.
The signage uses a complementary palette of bronze, brass and stone with the feature typography and graphic pattern providing a cohesive branded experience.
An information memorandum for leasing agents was developed to highlight the range of spaces available and the upgraded building facilities at 757 Ann Street.
Featuring architectural renders, stylised graphics and vibrant lifestyle imagery, the brochure provides an insight into the quality offering in the heart of the valley.
